I recently engaged with a real estate firm for a property transaction and found their website to be quite informative. It was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services and previous projects. However, I did encounter some delays in getting responses to my inquiries, and the overall customer service was decent but not exceptional. While the company seems to have a good track record, my experience was somewhat average due to the lack of prompt communication. I hope they can improve their responsiveness to enhance the customer experience in the future.
