I had a mixed experience with the City of Holland. While the overall service was satisfactory, there were certain areas that could be improved. The website navigation was a bit confusing, and it took me some time to find the information I was looking for. However, once I got in touch with their customer support, they were able to assist me effectively. The response time was reasonable, and the staff was helpful and friendly.
