As my friend and I were walking through Chinatown we saw a shopping center and decided to take a stroll through it. To our surprise we ran into a very long line and sure enough it was for Howlin' Ray's. This famous fried chicken fast food chain was in our itinerary of places to eat when in Los Angeles so we decided to stand in line for about an hour to see what all the buzz was about.
