My experience with Dongwoo e&c was quite mediocre....

My experience with Dongwoo e&c was quite mediocre. The quality of their work was decent but not exceptional. I found their website to be helpful in understanding their services. However, their customer service lacked promptness and attentiveness. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
