I have been a customer of Brown John Richard for several years now and I can say with confidence that their service is average at best. While they do deliver on their promises, I find that the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. The prices are reasonable, but I would expect better quality for the amount I am paying. Overall, I would rate them as average.
