I recently ordered some outdoor gear from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and the products seemed to be of good quality. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and there were a few communication issues with the customer service team. The pricing was reasonable, but I did find similar products for less elsewhere. While I'm not completely dissatisfied, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivery times. I would consider purchasing from them again if they can address these issues.
