I have been a customer of Kemper Insurance for several years now and overall, I am quite satisfied with their services. The coverage options are comprehensive and their rates are reasonable. The claims process is fairly smooth and their customer service is responsive and helpful. I would rate Kemper Insurance as an excellent company.
