The receptionist (keisha) amazing! When you have any sort of business your first line of customer contact should be great if not exceptional. Remember the patients are there with aches and pains.

The receptionists: they great, well mannered, understanding and friendly. The work station can be alot neater.

The doctors: professional, easy going, not afraid to answer your questions or research and let you know if there is someone better off treating you. (I personally like that, I hate when doctors give you unnecessary drugs to treat what they think is the underline issue instead of referring you).

The environment: very clean. On some summer days they can turn the temperature down so it cools the room faster in the waiting area. In the winter it can be uncomfortably warm too.

The waiting time can be little long depending on the time of day and the day of the week you visit. Plus parking is hard to find.

***they recently opened a new office directly next door the old office, I have not been in there so this review is solely based on my service and experience in the old office.
