I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with Neocom s.r.l. The product I ordered was not as described and did not meet my expectations. The customer service was slow to respond and did not provide a satisfactory solution. I was disappointed with the overall experience and would not recommend Neocom s.r.l to others.
