Swindled into getting a membership. The employee who signed us up lied about what was actually included.
Very, very expensive. We are paying almost 2 months worth of paychecks just for the year contract. You can't get out if it until the year (13 months) is up.
The pools are filthy, often there is mucus floating around. I asked an employee about it and she said just because it's cloudy doesn't mean it's not clean, but that the filters aren't working.

Be cautious when taking children, there have been several times when adults were straddling and making out in the pool. For longer than a few minutes. I'm saying 20 to 30 plus minutes.

Be aware. I wish I had been warned.
