I have been a customer of Valdamark for several years and I can say that their service is average at best. While they have a decent selection of products, their prices are quite high and their customer service can be slow to respond. I have had a few issues with orders in the past and it took multiple phone calls and emails to get things resolved. Overall, I would say that Valdamark is an okay company to do business with, but there are definitely better options out there.
