This publisher made the mistake of publishing a booklet with macho nasty jokes years ago. But that was before the current publishers disembarked, brimming with sensitivity, intelligence and love for well-made books. To those who criticize you so much for a single book (which is no longer for sale), I recommend that you take a look at their fabulous catalog of varied books, well written and documented and visually impressive.
