Minos consulting, inc is an average company. Their services are satisfactory but not exceptional. I have been a customer for a few months now and overall I am happy with the results. They have provided timely responses to my queries and have been helpful in resolving any issues. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and transparency.
