El Tio Waka Review of It's a Bumwrap

I ordered a Black Oyster wrap for my 14" Ludwig bass drum project. So far it seems durable, looks pretty decent from a distance (even convincing in pictures) and it was fairly easy to wrap the drum up by following the tutorials posted on their YT channel.
Having said that, not only did the shipping take more than month to make it here (a couple of orders placed at the same time from Aliexpress have arrived much earlier), but I never got replies to any of my messages.
As for the visual quality of the oyster design, it's ok as mentioned earlier, although one may notice some repeated patterns, a slight copy-paste/mirrored look, which could have been easily solved by carefully shuffling/smart cloning the oyster ridges on a photo editing software to avoid a predictable, uneasy desktop wallpaper feel.
While their products are sold as an inexpensive solution for the American budget, it could unfortunately be a pricey investment for third world countries, including where I reside (shipping included, ends up being about a third of our minimum wage, enough to fill up a pantry with basic groceries for couple of weeks). Frankly, with such investment I could try my luck next time and print out my own black oyster pattern locally; could get at the very least the same results (perhaps even better and, honestly, cheaper).
Additionally I ordered their flat head air vent for US $5.89 but didn't resembled the one listed on their web site; actually I ended up receiving a round head, cheaper version instead, which suspiciously looked like some air vents I ordered from China via Aliexpress (payed $4.80 for a 20 unit batch); I dare to say it's the exact model, but overpriced.
As I've read some previous comments on their FB page I noticed this is not the first time a complaint has been placed regarding poor customer service, expensive international shipping and order delayings. The wrap is still functional, I'll make use of it as much as possible and I'm not as upset as it reads, but I'm quite disappointed nonetheless. While it could be a pleasant and inexpensive experience for local customers, this company is a never again to me.
tl;dr: Not recommended: Inefficient customer service, zero email replies, durable but below average wrap design, pricey air vents which don't look like those depicted on web site.
