Unfortunately, our stay at Villa Kennedy disappointed us. We had a special experience planned for our anniversary.

Since we are vegans, we had extra in the reservation regarding the breakfast called and also described our wishes in the booking mail. We were told that this was not a problem at all and the ingredients were in stock on the day of arrival.

Unfortunately, it was not like that. Unfortunately, the request was never received at the restaurant, so that we were able to bring a lot of food from the obviously overburdened restaurant manager after considerable waiting time, which neither fed us nor made us really satisfied. Unfortunately for a 5-star superior hotel absolutely unforgivable.

In the spa area, we were then harassed by raging children, so that there is no question of recreation (jumping into the water, loud screaming and playing, throwing water in the slippers!). Our complaint at the spa reception was followed only by a brief reference to the parents (without success) and the information that one unfortunately had to appeal to the reason of the parents. Unfortunately unacceptable for me.

Unfortunately, the coronation ended with the departure, during which we informed our critics of the current management. As a small consolation we should take a drink and a lunch at the expense of the house. After we had to wait about 35 minutes for our two cocktails and the waiter was not in sight, we left the hotel. Unfortunately the Villa Kennedy disappointed us. Unfortunately without words!
