Poor organization, mainly with the opening hours of the toys that started to operate at 11:30 am and stopped at 3pm, when it was possible to go in just one toy due to endless queues. The company in question was only concerned with making a profit ... either buying the vip pass or not being able to do anything ... it had no regard for anyone! Total neglect ... completely disappointed, frustrated and speechless to describe the size of the fiasco that was not only my day but of everyone who was in the park. Repentance is not enough!
