I worked with Ray Poota during my purchase of an S4. Dealing with Ray was a great experience. He took time to answer all my questions and presented multiple vehicles in their inventory to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Once we reached a fair price, Ray promised to have the car ready so that my wife and I could be at the dealership early in the morning to complete the transaction before a work function she had to attend. Bills Perks in finance ran us through the monotonous task quickly and managed to get a few laughs out of us early on a weekend morning. The test drive, document signing, and vehicle delivery were completed in about two hours. Our experience with Ray and Bill at Audi San Diego was truly exceptional.
