I had an average experience with Sara Tv INC. The product I received was not as expected, and I had to contact customer service to resolve the issue. While the customer service was helpful, it took longer than I would have liked to get the problem resolved. The quality of the TV itself is decent, but not exceptional. Overall, an average experience.
