I recently used the services of a language learning company, and I must say I had a mixed experience. While the overall quality of the teaching materials and resources provided were good, I found the website navigation to be confusing and not user-friendly. Furthermore, the lack of interaction with other learners was disappointing. I believe there is room for improvement in these areas.
