Well I was in disbelief, when I called to ask for some release forms and the two people that were on the phone with me were so courteous and soft spoken like nice real nice, my previous experience left me not wanting to go in person fearing I might end up getting roughed up attitude and real dry or bitter (I'm like a man my fault you got a desk job)inside my head ofcourse. So is been a completely different approach rather than fear. Great work thank you!
