I had a mediocre experience with Daniel Carlson. The customer service was just okay, and the overall quality of the product was average. It certainly wasn't anything to write home about, but it also wasn't terrible. I wouldn't necessarily recommend them, but I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying them either.
