The overall experience with Artemis cycles was satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate, and the selection of bikes was good. However, the customer service could be improved. It took a while to get a response to my queries, and the assistance provided was not very helpful. Nonetheless, the bike itself is of good quality and meets my requirements.
