Nice and helpful in the beginning, but neglected a...

Nice and helpful in the beginning, but neglected after the first week! No communication between "nurses." A few act as if they don't know what they're doing. Answer the call button, but goes to find another nurse, who does the same thing until one of them decides to help. "Patients" are outside the facility smoking in font of the entrance.
While not being able to move & go sit in dinning area eith the rest the foods served cold. Diet restrictions aren't followed. Laundry doesnt get done by facility, even though a "notice letter" is up. Bed linen isn't changed.
If any concern or "complaining" are mentioned to one of staff they all start to mistreat and leave you to suffer! Attitudes change.
Cassi & Dean were doing what they were hired to do! Appreciated housekeeping also. They cleaned on schedule.
This facility needs people who care. People who are patient, understanding, and know what they're doing!! Not just there for the pay & waste time!!
