Loved being in a room with a view of the river and...

Loved being in a room with a view of the river and the beautiful Florentine architecture. Most of the staff is very friendly. The bellman should be promoted. He worked so hard. The front staff were kind and helpful. The English breakfast and the staff serving it were wonderful. Would stay here again if I had the chance.
