Great management company. I lived in the Key Apartments on McCulloch St. for a year. The apartment was fairly clean and the appliances were well-kept for how old the building was. All emergency maintenance requests were taken care of within a couple hours and all non-emergency requests within a couple days. It was very easy to call the office and talk with JJ or another member of their team about any concern. I also got my full security deposit back 12 days after my lease. 10/10.
