Jeremy was awesome! He greeted me at my car with an upbeat attitude and had me checked in in no time at all. The inspection revealed that the rear struts needed to be replaced and Jeremy got me scheduled and into a loaner car - he made it super easy for me which I greatly appreciate as I have a really hectic work schedule.
