As I was heading to work last night, my tire blew out on the highway during rush hour traffic! I pulled over in what appeared to be a safe parking lot to inspect the damage. As I got out of my car, I heard a kind man say "Do you need help ma'am? " And oh my goodness, yes I did!
It would take me an hour to describe the arduous task that this kind man (Troy) graciously accepted. I did not have a jack or lug nut wrench, and to make things more difficult for Troy, everything he needed to access was completely rusted out! But... he was on a mission (from God I do believe) and he was able to get my spare on and send me home safely!
I later found out that this man flew into Denver from Atlanta, yesterday morning to come to work here at A.R. Wilfley & Sons, Inc. And I entered the parking lot as his shift was over!

My family and I are all eternally grateful for this man and his vim and vigor... no one else could endure the myriad of issues my car posed, and he did it all without complaint! Thank you again my new friend Tony! Your Karma level is at ROCKSTAR status! (O:
