I had a mixed experience with Sobol viajes. While the booking process was smooth and easy, the customer service was lacking. I had some issues during my trip and it was difficult to get in touch with someone from Sobol viajes to resolve them. It left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future.
