I had an average experience with Gotcha Sportfishing INC. Their website gotchasportfishing.com was easy to navigate but the customer service was not up to par. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and it took a while to get everything set up for our fishing trip. However, once we were out on the water, the captain and crew were knowledgeable and made our experience enjoyable. Overall, it was an okay experience.
