I have been a customer of Gartner INC for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they provide adequate solutions for midsize enterprises, I feel that there is still room for improvement. The customer support is responsive but could be more efficient. Overall, I would rate Gartner INC as an average company to work with in the midsize enterprise industry.
