Terrible management of this club, it is shameful that with the money it costs and the popularity it has, it has such a dire management.
The members are making us book, in order to enjoy a single hour in the pool, book when the government says that an appointment is no longer necessary, but they continue to cheat us, especially when you make your reservation online or by phone, they call you the next day and cloth canceled! Why do they say that they have passed the capacity, that the program has been wrong. But, what is this scam? I suppose it is in their interest that we continue to pay ALL fees and that a very low percentage continue to enjoy the facilities.
A big disappointment with the management of this club during and after the pandemic
