I have been a customer of Culpeper Pawnbroker INC for several years now, and I must say that their service has always been average. The staff is courteous and helpful, but there is nothing extraordinary about their offerings. The rates they charge are fair, but nothing to write home about. Overall, it is a decent pawn shop.
