We checked in yesterday. I am so disappointed. My wife and I brought our 8 year old daughter. She was so excited to come to a Mexico all inclusive. We feel like once they have your money, they are completely indifferent to your wants or needs. They have 4 restaurants to choose from that they tell you require reservations. When we went to make them, we were told that there is no openings for our entire trip! We are left to eat at the buffet for the week. The buffet and snack bar are incredibly unclean. We were sat at dirty tables. The choice of food at the buffet is almost not edible. There aren t any chairs available at the pool. Every time we ve asked the staff for help or even to ask a question, we have been made to feel as if we re bothering them. The only time we ve been treated well is when they have tried selling us the time share with a full court press. Very very disappointing.
