Good 5-star hotel, friendly atmosphere, rooms very clean, perfect location on the edge of the old town opposite the Opera. Large rooms / suites. 1 point deduction for the spa area. The spa is okay, but could be better (ventilation, comfortable and sufficient pool chairs missing, sauna / steam room were not reliable switched on).
