I live in toronto canada, its about 2.5-3 hour drive. Every time i cross the border, this place is a "must go to" experience. I have been coming to this establishment for well over 5 years now, always love it, I've never had a bad experience. Like any restaurant/company, mistakes get made, but its the customer service and ownership that differs one from another. The owner of the franchise ALWAYS greets the patrons that are dining to say hi, if the meal is ok. Once my steak was a tad over cooked, i didn't mind but the owner gave me a round of beers on the house for the table and a fresh steak. I didn't even complain. Now that is why i will always come here. Also, the steak is to die for, eat it every time i come here, along with the beer specials, you can't go wrong.
