I have been using the services of Red Energy Services LP for a couple of months now and I must say that they are doing a decent job. The customer service is satisfactory and the billing process is straightforward. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their response time to queries. Overall, I would rate them as an average energy provider.
