Good end product... terribly disorganized and stressful customer service. hired to do our wedding, was problematic from the start to the end, including not having our flowers done as organized, calling on the morning of the wedding to say they lost part of the centre piece and me having to tell them to find a solution as I couldn't do anything about it seeing I was getting married in a couple of hours! Just clueless. Added unneeded stress. just buy the premade bouquets as they are lovely, but do not hire for an event unless you want a lot of calls leading up to it, poor communication and general poor service.
