I have been a resident of a Gemstone community for over two years now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining options. The staff is professional and friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The only complaint I have is the occasional noise from neighboring units. However, it's a minor inconvenience compared to all the positives. Overall, I would rate this community as excellent.
