I've been a customer of Rochester Industrial Products for quite some time now, and I must say they have been consistently average. The website is easy to navigate and find products, but the quality of the products could be better. The customer support is not very responsive and can take a long time to resolve issues. Overall, they are an okay company to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
