Not great customer service receiving from SUHRCO in regards to a multitude ongoing issues. I have received nothing but excuses worthless responses zero follow through a lot of time has been wasted when I pay HOA fee that pays them to support the customer/homeowner in which level of customer service has been neglected. Brandy Markland is over several properties she does not do her job efficiently or effectively she gives a lot of run of run excuses and isn t always time management friendly but only when you cc several people on it from her company to hold her accountable to respond. I see from previous post lots of people have numerous issues and complaints with SUHRCO and I m very surprised they re still in business. They re are a red flag HOA be aware doing business with them.
