I recently had the pleasure of dining at Uthiopin Shelom and it was absolutely incredible. The food was bursting with flavor and each bite was a delight. The injera was soft and fluffy, and the doro wot had the perfect amount of heat. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
