Great View but very poor service. The walls are very thin to the point you can hear the neighboring rooms phone conversations even at 3am!! Also as a Titanium elite member that spends a lot of time at other Marriott properties they do not honor the perks of loyalty denying the request for late checkout and limiting your lounge access. Also the pool is too small and you will not find an available chairs if you arent the first few there in the morning. This also applies to the beach which is EXTREMELY crowded by the hotel, to the point you are better going to other parts of Waikiki. They have a great location on the beach, but this does not excuse the rude attitude to guests from the front desk, retruant, lounge and poolside attendants. As a Marriott loaylaist the Marriott Courtyard and Sheraton Princess which I have both stayed at are much more enjoyable for your vacation even thou not beach front (the walk to the beach is simple and MUCH better hotels as well as much better sized rooms with good views).
