I had a mixed experience with the Labor Department in North Carolina. While some aspects of their services were satisfactory, I encountered difficulties in accessing certain information. However, their staff was supportive and tried their best to address my concerns. I believe that with some improvements, they can provide an even better experience for users. Overall, it was an average experience working with them.
