Doesn't even deserve a star at all. The bathroom/changing room smelled horrible like they don't keep up with it at all. Most of the doors dont work to the stalls and the changing rooms are beyond small. They have it so packed in there when there isnt nothing to really do. The lifeguards are there for decoration they either all don't care about their jobs or they weren't properly trained to begin with. No rules, kids are pushing each other there were multiple people going down the slides ending up running into people at the bottom of them. The tubes all need to be replaced and the lazy river is basically a packed pool. Don't even bother you'll get a better experience going to kalahari just spend the extra money because splash universe isn't even worth it at all.
