I recently used Qplay, inc. for the first time and I have to say, the overall experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, I did encounter some issues with the product I purchased. The customer service team was responsive and helpful in resolving my concerns but it did take some time. I appreciate their efforts but there is definitely room for improvement.
