I Always get service with a smile. I look for prompt courteous and competent service. They have an excellent Customer lounge with many amenities, free WIFI gourmet coffees cold beverages Muffins...just to name a few. The furniture is very comfortable. It also has a variety of table sets..bistro height and standard. I really like the glassed in auto work area because it is visible from the lounge. You can see your Mercedes being worked on. It certainly makes waiting easy. My service adviser kept me informed of any change or need to my car.
