I recently tried The Spring Waterman's services and I must say, it was an average experience. The delivery was on time and the water quality was satisfactory. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. Overall, I would rate The Spring Waterman as average. I might try their services again in the future, but I would expect better customer service next time.
