*** update NOCH reads the reviews. I received a phone call from them apologizing for my bad experience. They said they would do better communicating. That would be great! I was surprised by the call and think that is a good start to better customer service.

Went to the ER because nothing else was open and my friend who is a nurse urged me to be seen ASAP. My PCP did not return my call today. I understand that ER is for emergency and they come first. But when you come in and are trying to determine if it's worth the wait, just be honest and say you are very busy tonight. Do not make a patient wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to say "well we have been busy tonight". Be up front! Also the front desk and triage nurse both treated me like I was stupid. I am not! I know that this was not a true ER I am willing to pay the bill to get this medical condition figured out. Honestly this is the last straw... I will never go to NOCH again. They are rude and only care about the bottom line. I have never had an experience there that was positive. No wonder people want Spectrum or other care entities to open in Grand Haven. Maybe then the customer service/ care would be better!!
