My experience with Pronto Recovery & Rentals was average at best. The equipment I rented for a construction project was functional, but not of the best quality. I faced a few issues with some of the rented items, and it took a while for the customer service team to resolve them. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
