I have been going to Meadowbrook aquatic & fitness center for a few months now, and I'm very happy with my experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and always willing to help. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The classes are challenging but enjoyable. The center has a welcoming and supportive environment that makes working out more enjoyable. I would recommend it to anyone.
